No, the Romans only threw out the rebellious Jews out of Jerusalem, the Holy City, after they destroyed the Second Temple, circa 135AD. The rest stayed in the region, or left voluntarily. They were allowed in to pray at the site of the Temple once a year.

The Temple was destroyed in 70 CE. The deportation of all Jews from around Jerusalem, and renaming the city Aelia Capitolina, happened after Bar Kochba's rebellion in 135 CE. A sizable portion of the population was enslaved at this time.
