The proof of guilt is what I just sent. No way the CEO would not have known about the illegal trading practices and gouging worth many billions. As for proof Bush-Cheney helped cover it up, just look at the facts:

1) Bush-Cheney in early 2001 claimed the energy crisis was market driven and proof we needed 1300 new power plants, a bald-faced lie from major energy experts.

2) Bush-Cheney refused to intervene with price caps or pressure FERC to help California.

3) Bush-Cheney had ultra close relationships with Enron, their biggest contributor, best friend and constant host. Lay paid for their innaugural ball and was first in line to get favors.

4) Although there have been some lower level indictments (though no one has been tried yet) Lay and Skilling remain at large and unindicted.

5) Bush-Cheney have not mentioned Lay or Enron since the day after Enron went bankrupt. Bush lied and claimed he hardly knew Lay and that he was a Democat. LOL

Either Bush-Cheney are covering up for Lay and Skilling or their Justice Department and SEC are totally incompetent. Take your pick. Any one with common sense knows it's the former.
