Most of those look pretty bad to me, I believe any stock under 9dma should be sold. It will save a lot of pain if market continues to weaken. MCHP I have been watching, it's acting ok. I'm short a bunch of the chip stocks, eg MXIM XLNX and SMH, so I clearly am not looking to go long them when the SMH and Sox are broken as they are now. The sox closed under the 50dma, a bad omen. Those old leaders are so passe to me. I barely ever bother to look at them becase there simply are tons of better ideas out there. Would you rather own JCOM or AMCC, KNSY or JDSU, SCHN or MTON, JBLU or MRVC? Find real companies with real earnings. That's how I do it. I sleep much better at night holding those kind of stocks. |
