Thanks for the detailed reply. I also know that you like to diversify your trust holdings but although that sounds right logically it does not really work well practically. why would i invest in reits or any business trusts while i know the businesses are not doing well because of the economy or that the housing market is a bubble just for the sake of diversity. doesnt it make more sense to invest in a theme (oil and gas) 100%. not only its seems to be working presently but this type on investing fits future expectations. you are right about opportunities presenting themselves ever so often (bought acclaim when it dipped day before yesterday) and i guess that is how i will buy in these trust thanks much
