CCSI has 7.25 MM shares. Jeff, The latest number I have on shares is 7.32 MM from the latest 10-QSB. And don't forget the warrants. 1.16 MM warrants will expire on Nov. 5. They will be converted to 1 share each with $5 payment. That will bring the total no. of shares to 8.48 MM. Using your $250 MM market cap figure, this will bring the share price down to $29.50/share.
