The truce is conditional but a good move forward towards a more lasting peace. These guys have always missed opportunities and this last few years of bloodshed could have been avoided if reconstruction and engagement would have continued, lest it was not suppose to be we are in square one and looking at a new beginning with few thousand lives lost to wanton aggression.
