Tim, This is so idiotic, it is hard to fathom. Doesn't that nit wit realize that, with the baby between her, and the steering wheel, it will be the first one to die in an accident. To me, that is grave indifference for human life, along with reckless, and dangerous, driving. Because of the needs of the baby, IMO, she should not got to jail, but should pay a heavy fine, and lose her driving privileges.
