Carolyn, The court system of today is going to laugh that defense out of court. With the rejection of religion by judges, and law makers, that guy, and his wife, don't stand a chance. I'm all for religious freedom, but they are fanatics. If they are supposed to be Christians, they should remember that Jesus said; "render unto Caesar what is Caesar's", which is considered to mean to obey all of his laws, as well as pay the taxes.
