Gold is down, the market thinks thats good? Wait until incomes down because lack of good jobs. Lot's of commercial retail space available. I'm getting more bullish<g> Lower rents coming, no margins on cheap imports. Just in time inventories. Plenty of storage for everything but oil & gas? Economics is fun.<g> I want a greenspan credit card 1% interest only.
