Yes, and they have if fact already won in a way as many people's lives have been turned upside down by the war on terror, with our "leaders" wanting to intrude in our lives even more as time goes on, all in the name of "saving lives"... I would not be surprised at all if Osama (if he is still alive) and his associates have not had a good laugh at our reaction to their "work" so far...
