They look like a flange and a few bushings, could be used for anything. Even if it were used for a centrifuge, it could be spare parts for enriching Uranium for reactor fuel. They did have a nuclear reactor for electricity generation before the Isrealis took it upon themselves to bomb it. Bush lied and so does the CIA, why should we believe them?
