It saddens canadians and mexicanos to see US administration take a course in which we cannot in good conscience be allied with your nation ..... but this business of reducing everything to two absolutist options, of pumping Bloody Shoot-em-up War Now With Hostile Occupation Affixed on such flimsy and fabricated grounds, and ignoring any other course of action, we could not go along with that

Anybody who says to us in such an arrogant and stupid fashion, yer with us or agin us, well hey we're agin em, they really didn't need to ask .... and it's pretty clear they weren't asking anyway, they were just barking orders, there is obvious agenda among this bunch to destroy international cooperation, 'submit or die' ... well we're not going to submit and we're not going to die either, let them think up a new game, or better yet, you guys get yourselves some more responsible players

What's up with your Gral Wesley Clark? ... he knows our [cdn] Lewis Mackenzie pretty well, they served together in a couple of places ... he had intelligent things to say on foreign affairs, as does Lew

[edit] - this is a great page [thanks Lindy] - cfr.org
... but Clark is not on it ... guess he's not going to run this time round
