So, we continue down this road, as the only major industrial country that does not cover everyone for healthcare - well at least officially. What happens is that people will have to show up at ERs, where it is much more expensive to treat them. After all, even we won't just let people die because they are poor - yet... We have to find a way to cover everyone..
