Technically you are correct, but that does not change the grim situation at SSL. I was somewhat optimistic about a month ago, but the situation has now turned grave. Last I heard SSL only expected 3 contracts for the remainder of this year and these are contingent on resolving the perceived viability issue with their customers. Supposedly BLS was going to announce some debt reduction initiative before the end of June, but like all good rumors it looks like it will not come to pass. With BLS only the bad rumors come true.

I am told BLS has a scorched earth policy and is determined to run the company into the ground before letting anyone else save employees and investors. It's an ego thing you know.
