Every time I see the hooded figures of Hamas parading down some street I'm reminded of the KKK and Senator Robert (KKK) Byrd. The similarities are striking.

As is the inherent intolerance and hatred in which they have emersed themselves.

ROFL! You guys are a bunch of clowns. Let's look at the views of the extremists on both sides:

<<< Hamas leaders, though, such as paralyzed cleric Sheik Yassin, have long argued they are willing to consider a truce, or a "hudna," if Israel withdraws from Palestinian land.

"Everyone wants to achieve a decisive victory, but is Israel ready to compromise and give Palestinians their rights and their independence?" Yassin says from his wheelchair. "They can decide if there is war or if there is peace". >>>

<<< Former Sefaradi chief rabbi Rabbi Mordechai Eliyahu said: “No one in the world, from drawers of water and hewers of stone to prime ministers, has the right to give up one grain of the land of Israel. The Holy One, blessed be He, gave us the land of Israel. There is holiness in every single grain.”

He also said that if a Jew eats the fruit of a tree that a gentile has planted and cultivated in the land of Israel, he is obligated to tithe the fruit. Furthermore, he said, “The houses could today be the private property of an individual Gentile, but when the Messiah comes we will ask the Gentile to pay rent.” >>>

By the way, this is an interesting cultural commentary. Which would you rather have as the pot of gold at the end of your rainbow - 72 virgins or the ability to collect rent? -g-
