Not so, according to available historical record, apparently the canaanites have a prior claim ... unless there's a rule that says because you conquer it once you get to do so again, free pass .... one wonders if perhaps, third time's the charm ..... or is it, three strikes and you're out

As for claiming legitimacy from a UN vote while ignoring votes of censure from the same body in re your fenced-up indigenous, well some typing could be done on that, by those with the time and inclination
