No compared to how stupid bill clinton was anyone looks like a genius. Mr. bill was to stupid to understand the danger of giving nuclear reactors to North Korea. And he was to stupid to understand that having his penis sucked on in the oval office while speaking to members of congress would cause him to look like a dumb ass. And his stupid believe in the power of hillary to suppress anything made him figure there was no danger. But bill and hill were both to stupid to know that leaving DNA on a dress could not be denied.
