RBAK was asking .88, so I put in a Buy Order at the Asking price, 5+ minutes later it still didn't fill, even though the asking price was still .88 cents. Since AMTD took over I've had a lot of problems getting good fills. The other day, I was trading TELM, put in a 2500 order, they filled 3 shares. Of course they charged me the commission for those big 3 shares.
