Let me guess, you were down there in Turista City, the little gringolandia they have on Government and Wharf, that goes from the parliament buildings up about halfway to Capital Iron? ... uh-huh ... and you were talking to folks in the tourist industry, largely? ... uh-huh

Do you have any idea what proportion of islanders those folks comprise, let alone what proportion of british columbians, or of canucks in general?

Did you ever think to wonder if maybe just maybe their business interests might be motivating them just a teeensy bit in favour of saying what they knew you preferred to hear?

Do you have much of an idea of what the ones who didn't rah-rah your neocons think?

Did you meet many people from the forest industry?

.. the last few are rhetorical of course, you'll have heard of what your neocons are doing to our forestry with their hypocrisy and their tariffs ... and if you haven't, you should have, because it is flavouring our outlook on the rulers to whom you are subject, since long before those towers coming down impelled you to hand them a blank cheque for the future of the species ..... as do their actions in re stifling all other international cooperation, this flavours them vividly, the taste is bitter, their whole routine is entirely consistent, and you would do well to get rid of it, and them
