Hope you're doing well. Long time.

Wish I had more time to thoroughly read and respond to all the issues raised. But I don't. So let me shoot from the hip to give you my gut feelings.

I increased my investments in gmst (thinking way back and hoping I am recalling events correctly) after a quarterly report that showed IPG advertising revenues sharply increasing. Turns out that was false revenue - as I understand it. What appeared to be the makings of a tornado were actually the makings of a crook -- probably wanting to see the stock rise for stock option reasons. So in my mind Henry stole from me.

Why unset now? The SEC is now confirming that Henry appears to be a crook.

Why not so upset about losses on dot.bombs with impeccable accounting? I really don't understand this question. If the companys' managements were honest with investors regarding revenues and expenses then what do investors have to be upset about?

About today's stock price. I sold gmst long ago. But to answer your question -- if I had made money on gmst would I be upset with the management's apparent dishonesty? No I don't suppose I would. Not sure the rationale of that question. The reality is that management was dishonest and I lost money as a result of that dishonesty.

Mike I really don't mean to sound flip but it's really that simple to me. I expect you will reply with a barrage of questions like I see you did to pomp. If I don't get back to you for a couple weeks don't think I'm ignoring you.
