I take issue with this claim: "...i think it's notable that production has increased dramatically" - what dramatic increase in production??? It was a miniscule 0.3% and I'm not sure what the prior month was but given where it was coming from that rise isn't terribly significant and certainly not dramatic.

And in most states, working at all will decrease UE benefits, unless of course he doesn't report it and he's a contractor whose earnings aren't reported quarterly - but that 1099 at the end of the year might get matched up with his UE account.
