Oh, I must have been absent the day WAR WAS DECLARED AGAINST IRAQ.

I really don't know much about Rawanda except I know President CLinton said it was his greatest regret.

But apparently, if I accept your opinion on Rawanda,
Clinton was 1 for 2. While President Bush is 0 for 2.
(Afghanistan can't be called a success. Didn't I hear the women are back in Berkas and the Taliban and floating accross the borders?)

By the way, President CLinton got us out of Somalia.
President GHW Bush committed troops to Somalia with no plan or definition of success at the end of his first term leaving a mess to clean up. Like father, like son. I wonder who will be cleaning up this mess.

BUt I make my own point. I post a rebuttal with only a simple citizen's recollection. Where are the Foreign Policy State Department and DOD minds? We could use a good essay on this.
