If they punished everyone who insulted each other on SI, there would be few left.

I occasionally visit this forum to see what's up every few months. I have noticed that the posts have become nastier and more personal as time goes on. I believe SI realizes that this trend is bad for business; most people want to carry on a civil debate and not a name calling contest. The civil people are bullied off the forums by cyberbrats, leaving mostly people who want to rant at each other (not specifically picking you out, BE, just responding to the topic).

It would benefit everyone to remember the basic rules of civility and respect that our mothers taught us. :)
