I would not be buying bonds right now.

I would be looking for the RSI to go below 30 and then give a subsequent bullish divergence.

In the short term, I don't consider 113 on the 30 year to be an unreasonable target.

I consider this top in bonds to be similar to the 1998 top in bonds. The 30 year lost more than 25% on that move.
