Yes, the two-party system is breaking down, just according to their own plans. Check that third party, both polls, or gallups, and all the other stuff UK is struggling to get done for the demands of joining the EMU.
However, the mechanisms through which UK will achieve it is still something censored (once again) from public debate, but I'm sure the Lord Tarzans have some Cheetah solution in, well, maybe less than a generation. (assuming they get a lot of special priviledges on entry, as long as they have some plans)
France has at least clearly defined their dilemma, while Germany is going forward every election .
