Enron's byzantine system was understood by no one outside a small circle. Ross Perot's company was another. The Enron system was intentionally developed to be understood by no one but themselves. Why? Because they were fraud artists selling NOTHING but hypothetical commodities.

I met a woman from Enron a few years back who was trying to sell bandwidth. When I asked her what that really meant she couldn't explain it.
