I think that Feinstein could be considered 'conservative' or at least moderate. She supports a strong military, strong law enforcement, and is fiscally conservative (well, for a politician :) However, she won't run, possibly because her husband has some business skeletons in his closet (the official explanation for her not running in the past was that she didn't think it would be fair to her family, or some such story).
