A long time ago I asked those of you here who may have been defrauded to contact me. And what do you know, SIJeff banned me for more than a year. When I inquired why, he said I violated the rules because I was "soliciting plaintiffs."
LOL! I guess brokers fleecing everyone here is OK, but seeking an accounting for this activity is absolutely barred. There may come a time when SIJeff will have to account for what he did trying to squelch my efforts - in Court. I recorded every one of those e-mails. They were outlandish and nonsensical - unless he had motives in trying to shut down this conversation.
All of that is why I give SIBob enormous credit for allowing this discussion to resume. I've had my disagreements with him in the past - maybe my formal posting style "helps" with that - but he has shown some backbone, allowing this discussion to be free, as I did when I made this thread unmoderated, allowed anyone and everyone to speak freely. I'm the last person ever to try to squelch an opinion here. Unfortunately, considering what past SIAdmin did, the step Bob took recently, allowing me to post here again after more than a year, makes Bob Zumbrunnen quite unique. I give him great credit for that.
We'll see how long it lasts, Bob. I'm sure you will be put under extreme pressure to shut me up here at some point soon. It is inevitable. Your decision then though is not.
Those of you, SI members, longtime or recent, if you day traded, I would like to hear your stories - whatever they are, and whether or not you feel inclined to seek damages.
Therefore, this thread is open for discussion. For the time being, I won't be posting. I look forward to hearing from SI traders. I'm sure if the discussion is launched it will be a colorful and illuminating one.
