I know the energy crisis very-very well, followed it closely, have spoken to people involved, have researched is on the Sacramento Bee website. You should too. Then you'll realize your spin is full of BS (as I'm sure you know but wont admit).

Just because there has been no successful indictment against the energy thieves doesn't mean the truth is not plain as day. Everyone in this state knows Bush-Cheney were behind them. Republicans however try to spin their way out of that and blame someone else. Davis, Clinton, anyone. They have spent millions trying to blame someone else, and have succeeded in harming Davis's reputation.

But it's a ridiculous and deliberately dishonest argument which has no merit and makes no sense. Just like your argument (if you have one). Like blaming the bank president for a bank robbery.
