On Loral, I owned the stock at the time and followed the stories. I never saw anything but partisan attacks from the right-wing neocons who wanted war with China. I never saw any proof of anything. But I dont deny there might have been wrong-doing. If Bernie Schwatrz did sell the Chinese something illegal (and I'm not sure he did) he sure didn't do it with or for the Clinton White House. He may have done something borderline, but it was not the kind of HUGE deliberate fraud and thievery that went on with the Enron Bushie companies during the phony energy crisis. Maybe it was similar to the kind of shady deals with Iran and Iraq that Cheney did while running Halliburton. Technically illegal but justifiable to a greedy CEO with White House conections.
