If Bernie Schwatrz did sell the Chinese something illegal (and I'm not sure he did) he sure didn't do it with or for the Clinton White House. It's called "quid pro quo", dimwit. Massive campaign contributions for massive sale of technology to China, bypassing security restrictions.
