You're welcome. I'm finding the pain to be just so dang wearing....so the ice does help... and yes, less pain meds. Although sometimes, I let it get out of hand, then it's worse.... Makes me wonder how kids who have this kind of situation can tolerate it....at least we are older and can be somewhat stoic....
