Thank you very much for making my point. Forget embassies, lets just count terrorist attacks against Americans. There were nearly as many attacks against Americans in the 2 1/2 years [2001,2002, 2003] since Bush has been in office than for the entire decade of the 90s.
Since 2001, we have had 14 attacks against Americans vs 15 from 1990-1999. And that's only counting the WTC, the Pentagon and Pennsylvania as three separate incidents and not the 6 the link calls for. <font color=red>In the first half of 2003 alone, we have had 6 attacks; in the last 30+ years, 1984 is the only other year that can begin to match this year and that's for the entire 12 month period of 1984, and not just 6 months. In other words, with six more months to go, its very likely that 2003 will be the worst year in American history for terrorist attacks.<font color=black>
If we were to put this on a graph, the Bush years would show a spike in terrorism that in stock market lingo would suggest a bubble. Yes, Mr. Bush and his policies have resulted in a boom year for terrorists! Under Bush, our economy is in the toilet and terrorism is at an all time high. We have a lot to thank him for.
<font color=red>Again, thank you for making my point very aptly. |
