That's a quote from your article. Probably it summarizes the likely outcome of all this.

In total Enron seems to be providing (in one case-history)
examples of the VERY WORST features of American business.

The fact that NOBODY is in a position to stop the ongoing
LOOTING of this company (or wants to) is very sobering.
