The general consensus is 900,000 signatures have been collected. The Sec of State's office is interpreting the election law to Davis's favor and slowing down the count from County registrars. He will be in court next week where they will decide if this is legal. I've read it and there's no wording that would seem to give him any ability to slow things down. The counties are verifying the signatures as they come in and he is advising them to merely collect them for a month and then verify at the end.
