Hawkmoon,

For a guy who is an expert on weapons systems, you seem to have a minimal understanding of international law. That is a scary combination. A warrior without a clue. Though I dare say of the ~140,000 American invaders of Iraq, probably less than 5% understand that they are war criminals. Most just figure they're unwelcomed and considered an enemy.

W/R/T the illegal occupation of the West Bank, this is a clear violation of the Geneva Conventions and the U.N. Charter. No occupation of conquered territories is allowed according to the Geneva Convention. Each and every one of the 200,000 "settlers" in the West Bank is engaged in an illegal scheme. This is settled law (no pun intended) and it is only because of massive fraud on the part of the U.S. in vetoing dozens of U.N. sanctions against the Israeli occupation that there is no binding sanction regime against Israel.

The U.S. is a signatory to both the Geneva Conventions and the U.N. Charter, so our obstinance for the benefit of the illegal occupation makes the U.S. a co-conspirator in the scheme to de-fraud the Palestinians of their rights as an as occupied people.
