How about "the right to bear (and use) arms"? A right the Iraqis are now exercising, in the absence of elections, with U.S. Army censors telling them the limits of acceptable freedom of expression. That seems to be the most basic means of expression, when all others are taken away.

If Americans were, today, asked to give up either their guns, or their free press, I'm not sure which they'd choose.
