Take a statistically significant sample size of people who invest in the market and ask the above question. The percentage of those who believe that "brokerage firms and investment advisors are out to destroy them" would likely be very, very small.

That was not the question, whether or not anyone realized they were defrauded. The question was, if they were, by their brokers and investment advisers, who knowingly causes them damage, would this be acceptable to you? If so, then you are in disagreement with the law.

You hammer at "who forced you to buy or sell." This is the defense strategy, isn't it? It's OK to commit crimes, because brokers and investment advisers can just do as they like, it does not matter what they do under the table and behind the scenes, they are not responsible for anything that they do. Again, I see your point and the law flies right in the face of it: when fiduciaries knowingly set out to destroy you in order to enrich themselves at your cost, then they have violated the law.

You say you are done posting here. I won't try to convince you otherwise. However, if you do post here, do a service to the lurkers who do not post here and address facts and law. You may refer to the following laws:

1. California Codes 17200, 17203 and 1750

If you disagree with the facts as I have outlined them for you, fine. Then of course you might explain why I have not been counter-sued for libel and slander. I have not exactly been reticent about the charges I have raised here in my statements. If you ignore the law, then I feel our discussion is pointless. Maybe the law rubs you wrong, Perhaps you don't really like it; it should not apply to clever criminals in our markets. In that case, I would advise you to cast your vote at the ballot box for your local, state and federal legislature, so that we might return to the law of the jungle.

Otherwise, why don't you address the facts and the law? Your opinion thereof makes no difference; what does is the judgment of the Court - and thereafter a jury of our peers.
