When I asked all of you, prolific posters or lurkers, to tell your stories, I had hoped they might be made without any agenda. Simply that we might all hear what happened, without trying to excuse anyone, or make any point. What happened to you? What trades do you recall, good and bad? How did you feel about trading, especially back in what I would call the beginning of trading as we knew it then, back in early 1998? That's what I would like to hear - and I know many others also.

Those of you who would like to take issue with my case specifically, you are of course free to say anything you wish here, but you are well advised, if you wish to retain any credibility whatsoever, to address the following:

1. The facts as I have stated them;
2. The law as I have related it.

Otherwise, my advise to you is to apply for employment as an NASD arbitrator, where specifically "all factual and legal reasoning" may be ignored by the panel. Those of you who find this shocking, then review your brokerage agreement. This outrageous and abusive clause has been repeatedly upheld by the courts.
