Sorry, I did not see the link in your prior posts. That would definitely be a miscarriage of justice, because the SC was ruling on conscentual adult sex, not child abuse. Ah, the old 'falling dominos' argument. Didn't work for communism, won't work for gun control, can't work for 'butt banging' classes. The purpose of the judicial system is to draw that line between constitutional and unconstitutional. I'm happy to let the SC draw the line. It's funny how many people who accuse others of being unAmerican are so against the American system of government.
