Water would still have the same formula even if everything is consciousness. Nobody here was saying anything about the ultimate nature of water or anything else. But that's not terribly relevant. It's not as if because of some insight into consciousness I would decide that water was "really" composed of hydrogen and phosphorus instead of hydrogen and oxygen. Certainly there are many clear colorless liquids but that in itself is not sufficient to call them water. Your point is still in need of clarification.

If the Urantia book can provide such clarification I'd appreciate a pointer to the relevant passage/section, but I see no point in combing through 2000+ pages of material hoping to find the passage(s) that you imply you are referring to.
