Prior to 1995 nobody was wrong in saying that Iraq had weapons. By 1998 it was still not clear. By 2000 anyone who said he knew Saddam had weapons was lying and this includes Junior, Cheney, and Rumsfeld. It was lying of the worst kind too, lies for oil money with many deaths tossed in for free. They will probably dock the oil tanker Condaleeza Rice up to the pipelines to haul out their profits. That is if the pipelines quit blowing up.
