< why don't you address the facts >

Let me try one last time. Is it a FACT that YOU chose to buy and sell the securities you traded over whatever time period you apparently lost money? It's a simple "yes or no" answer.

I had a brainstorm while out running this morning. Have you ever bought a lottery ticket? If so, and you've lost money I suppose one could consider filing a suit against the respective states who hold lotteries and claim the lottery commission is out to destroy people. Statistically your chances of winning the lottery are incredibly low. Have you ever been to a casino? I suppose people who have played blackjack, roulette, slot machines, etc. and lost money could sue the casinos since they have a statistical advantage as far as winning and thus one could assert they are trying to financially harm the public. And hey there's always the latest suit against fast food restaurants. Aren't the plaintiffs claiming the restaurants are responsible for people become overweight and/or obese?

Funny thing though ... I've never once seen anyone being forced to place a bet in a casino, never once have I seen anyone forced to buy a lottery ticket, and never have I seen anyone forced to eat fast food. And oh yeah, I've not ever seen anyone forced to buy or sell a stock. To the best of my knowledge people make choices relative to the above. And the vast majority accept the outcomes of their actions.
