here's a link to a bunch of their tables--a vertible treasure trove of data. fhfb.gov unfortunately, it looks like they only update their ARM data annually, so we will need to wait till next year to see what 03 looks like in this environment of ever-lower rates. as i recall, some months ago ContraryInvestor had an interesting piece on ARMs where they juxtaposed the trend against historical rates and some other data. i forget the particulars, but it made it seem that way too many people were opting for ARMs relative to the environment. unfortunately, i know of no easy way to search their archives.
