Clinton aimed to literally change the meanings of words and terms long embraced by the world. "Sexual relations" has always been taken to include "oral sex," for example. Yet Clinton aimed to convince his country that the term was limited only to intercourse (as if oral sex was a non sexual enterprise). Clinton flatly insulted the intelligence of his country, save for that of his supporters, who he rightly understood were just too dumb to understand how poorly he regarded them. I only point out that Ken could well think that killing Moslems is not good, but that when Moslems are killed it has the effect of bringing them sufficiently to their knees so that they might stop acting like savages and negotiate like civilized men. The recent call for a "cease-fire" by certain Moslem militant groups supports this view.
