According to Forbes, she only controls a little more than half a billion dollars of it of Heinz's fortune. I believe, when money passes to a spouse, there are no inheritance tax. re:"Remember though, Theresa is not the only Heinz heir. There are others, they are probably Republicans and who knows, maybe buddies with Lay? Theresa does not control the entire Heinz world. She just married into it."
