Jay, I often read your posts and feel you contribute a great deal to SI.

For you to openly ask about WF, must say something about WF.

I never followed WF really but

Perhaps Bob will take your post into consideration that WF's trangressions are not the worst known here on SI.

SI was pretty sloppy about enforcing the TOU before Bob took over on May 16, 2003. For several years, posters learned some bad habits because of this.

I personally feel that it takes some time to get rid of the old habits and that maybe Bob will do something like, okay, 3 suspensions and then you are permanently suspended. I also feel that, depending on the poster, that sometimes just an immediate termination is necessary as we have recently seen here as Bob warned a poster repeatedly in posts, to stop posting badly, rather than a temp suspension. That poster was permanently suspended, hopefully, and rightfully so.

It would truly be a shame if posters who contribute about the stockmarket and bring some value to SI as an investment message board are terminated without being giving a chance to break a bad habit they might have acquired because of the lack of enforcement of TOU. I also think that some posters might have taken advantage of the lack of enforcement and really posted things they never would have if they knew they would be suspended a bit. JMHO
