Warning: DGEN / LEXG nostalgia trip below

I guess my question is whether LEXG will complete their "foot on the throat" move by making a bid on the assets in bankruptcy.

Lesson learned: When 2 companies get involved in an IP death-match and neither have products anywhere near the market, wait until the dust settles and buy the winner. DGEN is a tax-loss for me. I sold when it still had a $1.00 in front of the pennies...still too late.

I violated one of the rules of owning a biotech...recognizing the writing on the wall before the rest of the crowd. Or, knowing a loser before it becomes a loser.

DGEN might have made it had they not spent beaucoup $$ in legal fees the last 2-3 years. On the positive side, I do feel better about my LEXG position.

Best regards,

JF
