pat Buchanan wants an exit strategy after two months... did we have one after Germany, or Japan in two months?

We are still fighting the enemy in Iraq. no exit strategy should be published. We need to look at bringing security to the country and development. Perhaps a year from now will be time enough to determine where we are and to begin some type of exit plans.
