I believe Wyeth recognizes the top-line revenue, and makes payments to MEDI for product cost and royalties that should amount to around 50% of revenues.

I'm not sure of the timing of the payments. There are also milestone payments - e.g., for label extensions, foreign approvals, liquid version.
